Hi, I'm Maddy.
I didn't plan on becoming a coach. I became one because I needed exactly this, and couldn't find it.
For years, I was the version of myself everyone else needed me to be. Good mom. Good wife. Good at handling things. I built a business as an esthetician, I went back to school to study psychology, and from the outside it looked like I had it together. The house, the kids, the trips, the business.
Inside, I was disappearing one decision at a time.
James Sexton advises that every person going through a divorce needs a therapist or coach to guide and challenge them.

I want to hear yours.
I went through my own divorce. It was not quick and easy. It was the slow, grinding, paperwork-and-late-nights kind, where you're rebuilding your identity at the same time you're in school, rebuilding your custody schedule, and wondering where you got lost over the last ten-plus years.
While I was healing, I tried everything. Yoga, meditation, breath work, retreats, ayahuasca, talk therapy, ketamine, hiring a coach, getting outside, working out, reading more than 100 books. Then I finally went back to school in psychology. Everything I explored to find myself, my joy and my inner peace is right here.
That's where the RECLAIM Method™ in my Second Act Reset program came from. Not a textbook. Not a certification course. It came from me trying everything, figuring out what worked, and putting it back together so it's easier for someone else to repeat and change her life.
I'm not here to hand you a worksheet and call it healing. I'm here to help you see your own patterns, trust yourself again, and build a life that's actually yours, not the one that was handed to you. We walk through each week together and build results you can see in real time.

I'm on the other side now.
Today I'm raising my four boys, I'm engaged to Josh, and we host the In the Second Act podcast together. I'm not a man hater. I'm an abuse hater, and I love cheering on good men and the women who refuse to disappear again.
